See, what I (We/High Ground) offer is not theoretical or fluff. Behind what I do is 30+ years of experience, successes, and failures.
I have worked from large corporations to small companies and everything in between, from Tech Companies to the Collegiate Sector to the Construction Industry and everything in between.
I am proficient in all Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
I have done it and still am doing it, and most importantly, I continue to learn, grow, and adapt to changes in technology, marketing, etc. The only way that I have been able to continue in this space is to stay in front of trends, keep learning, and continue to reinvent myself to stay relevant.
I don’t share this to brag, but just to let you know there is depth behind this company and our services. I have a proven track record of helping many companies increase their visibility, sales growth, and building brands.

Hey There. My Name is Javier Santana. Sorry, No Relation to “Carlos”. 🤷🏻♂️
• I am a 53-year-old father of three beautiful daughters: Meghan, aka Chicka Artistica (27), Bella (21), and Grace (15).
• I was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in the Northern Virginia/DC Area. I now reside in Central Delaware.
• I also co-host, alongside his oldest daughter Meghan, The Creative Side of Things Podcast.
• Following my passion and love of coffee, I plan on launching a coffee brand in 2025…stay tuned for more about this 🙂
• I am also involved with several communities focusing on entrepreneurship, business, and personal and professional growth. They are Jonesin’ for and UnleashU Now.
I am very active locally in his community, serving on the Executive Board of Directors of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, the Advisory Board of the Visual Communications Department at Delaware Technical & Community College, and Honorary Commander for the Public Affairs Office at the 436 Military Airlift Wing in Dover Air Force Base.
I am deeply rooted in connection and building relationships. Passion and creativity fuel me day in and day out, driving everything I do. I value the trust and respect that form the foundation of my relationships, both personal and professional. I balance logic and creativity, always approaching problems with strategic thinking while letting my imagination fuel innovation. As a legacy-oriented visionary, I’m not just focused on immediate results but on creating something meaningful and lasting. Mentorship and empowerment are central to who I am—I love guiding and inspiring others to reach their full potential. I’m also committed to constant growth and exploration, always seeking new experiences and ways to learn, always striving to become a better version of me.
My family and personal bonds are incredibly important to me, and they keep me grounded in everything I do. Above all, I’m driven by purpose, not just profit—what I create and contribute needs to make a positive impact on others and the world around me.
A Few More Things About Me!
I love sports, but baseball and football are my favorites, with baseball being first. I am a HUGE fan of the Washington Nationals, Baltimore Orioles and Washington Redskins… um, I mean the “Washington Team,”…wait wait, what I meant to say is Washington Commanders…don’t judge, especially if you are a Braves, Phillies, Mets, Cowboys, Eagles or NY Giants.
I love the creative process! It is something that I treasure and love to participate in. I also have cool nerdy tendencies, being a HUGE Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Disney fan!
I don’t like political correctness! I don’t like the status quo!
I like to call out the “elephant in the room,” bring things to the light, and hash things out!
For those of you who like Harry Potter, I am a Ravenclaw. Ravenclaws are original, of ready mind, intelligent, have wit, wisdom, and creative. They express their creativity through imagination and abstract thought. I think that the Sorting Hat kinda nailed it on that one.
I am a HUGE fan of the TV Show Survivor. Ok, I am obsessed and dream of one day being on the show. So much so that I apply every year. So if I ever disappear for a few months, I’m probably on an island in Fiji trying not to get voted out.

• A walk on the beach (by myself)
• I am major coffee aficionado/freak!
• I love an Iced Venti Americano or a nice hot dark roast.
• Painting in watercolors and draw but cannot do much because of time. This is something that I intend to change in the near future!!!
• A juicy burger and fries!
